Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement
1.1 Thank you for choosing Valley Trip Planner, We take all efforts to make sure that you have a delightful holiday experience. To avoid any misunderstanding, we request you to read, understand, and abide by the below ‘Terms and Conditions’ along with the Privacy Policy before you book any tour or holiday or service or make any transaction with Veena World at any of the Valley Trip Planner sales offices or at sales partner or online on Veena World’s website or any mobile application or otherwise. Once you book any tour or service with Valley Trip Planner, it is understood that you are giving your unqualified consent to accept and abide by the ‘Terms and Conditions’. In case you disagree with any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’, kindly do not proceed with the booking.
1.2 ‘Terms and Conditions’ extend to all group tours, customized holidays, corporate tours, any other services and products for Domestic, International or Inbound organised by ‘Valley Trip.
1.3 Valley Trip Planner has the final authority on the interpretation of these ‘Terms and Conditions’.
1.4 Valley Trip Planner reserves the right to amend, vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition mentioned in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.
1.5 Under any unprecedented force majeure situation or any changes in Government policy, Valley Trip reserves the right to supersede any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ with an alternate and valid enforceable provision.
1.6 Each of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ shall be severable and if any provision thereof is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then remaining provisions nevertheless shall have full force & effect.
1.7 These ‘Terms and Conditions’, together with the other booking related terms/ communication sent periodically, represent the entire agreement between Veena World and you.
1.8 There is no agreement between the Company and you until the company has received the initial registration amount/ deposit as the case may be.
Booking of a Tour
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 30% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 30% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets that are required to be issued. As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotel reservations, book your tickets, and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated. Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point. Balance 50% of the tour price should be paid 45 days before the commencement of the Tour ** During the peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), 100% payment is required to be sent in advance.
Description
2.1 These ‘Terms and Conditions’ be called, ‘Valley Trip Planner Terms and Conditions’ or ‘Veena World Terms and Conditions’.
2.2 These ‘Terms and Conditions’ may also be referred as ‘Rules and Regulations’.’.
2.43The website and the mobile applications of Valley Trip Planner are collectively referred to as ‘Website’.
Communication with the Guest:
Any communication by Valley Trip Planner will be made through e-mail, WhatsApp, sms, telecall etc. on the registered legitimate contact details provided on the booking form by the guests and shall be deemed to have been communicated to and received by the guest. Guest’s must ensure that number is valid and messages are checked periodically. Veena World is not a mobile network operator and does not guarantee the delivery of sms-text messages/ WhatsApp messages/ email. The guest will indemnify Valley Trip Planner for any action taken by TRAI due to a wrong number/ email provided by the guest for any reason whatsoever.
Amendment to a Booked Tour
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability in various segments of the tour. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment and will incur administration charges according to dates .
Other
The Users availing services from us shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.
The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that we act only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to “as is” and “as available” basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers.
The user agrees that there can be “Force Maj-ure” circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an eventwe shall not be responsible and not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.
