Cancellation Policy β Valley Trip Planner
Clear and transparent cancellation guidelines for Kashmir & Ladakh tour packages, helping travelers understand booking terms, refunds, and travel adjustments.
Understanding Our Cancellation Policy
At Valley Trip Planner, we understand that travel plans may change due to personal or unexpected reasons. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the process clear, fair, and easy to understand for every traveler. We encourage all guests to review this policy carefully before confirming their booking.
To ensure proper processing, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate handling of your request.
Advance Payment and Booking Confirmation
The advance payment made at the time of booking is used to secure hotel reservations, transport services, and other travel arrangements. For this reason, the advance amount is non-refundable.
Once your booking is confirmed, cancellation charges apply depending on how close the cancellation is to your travel date. These charges help cover the costs already committed to service providers.
Cancellation Charges Based on Timeline
- 70 days before travel: Advance amount becomes non-refundable
- 27 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total booking cost charged
- 15 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of total booking cost charged
- Within 7 days of arrival: 100% of booking cost charged
No-Show and Early Departure Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled travel date (no-show), the full booking amount will be charged.
In case a guest decides to end the trip early, no refund will be provided for unused hotel stays, transport services, or sightseeing activities. All services are considered confirmed and reserved in advance.
