Today you will take a flight from Delhi to Srinagar. We will meet you at Srinagar Airport and take you to your hotel or houseboat. Take some rest, and in the afternoon you will go for local sightseeing in Srinagar. Visit the historical Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, with a stop at Pari Mahal and the Shankaracharya Temple for a wide view over the city. After breakfast on the houseboat, your driver takes you to Gulmarg, a lovely hill station about 55 km from Srinagar. Once you reach there, take an adventurous ride on the Gondola cable car to Phase 1 and Phase 2, take a pony ride or ATVS across the meadows, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. In winter, this is snow country. Return to Srinagar in the evening.
