"In the package, the houseboat that was promised was not provided after payment. Instead, they gave us a different houseboat. After we arrived, they moved us to yet another houseboat. When we inquired, the owner claimed they were shifting us because beef was being cooked on the original boat. We don't know if they were making excuses or telling the truth, but please be aware of these types of issues."

We had a trip to Ladakh for 7nights/8days. It was well organised by VTP/Nargis Malik. Stay were arranged in Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong. In Nubra (Hunder) we didn't like the stay arranged, called Ms Nargis and arranged a super stay at Chamba Resorts for 2 days. In Pangong we stayed near to the Lake, wonderful. The driver cum guide Mr Vahid was friendly/brotherly companion throughout 8 days.

Valley trip planner tried their best to serve us . My cordinator was pakizah madam. She was very polite and always greeted me in her own kashmiri style. But we liked the most was sonmarg .The sonmarg property was imperial resort which was excellant in food and cosy room. All our group enjoyed over there the most. But we halted there only for one night stay. Atleast 3 nights we need to stay there. Pahalgam property was pahgam shores also very good but bad food.
